Conditions of Marriage
You must be 21 years of age to be married in Vanuatu. Your marriage will be internationally recognised and legally binding. The bride and groom must be in Vanuatu three working days prior to the wedding date. A surcharge does apply for weekend weddings. All weddings are approved by the mayor of Vanuatu. Couples do need to complete a "Notice of Intended Marriage" form and forward it to the resort at least three weeks prior to the wedding date.
